Booking Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50% prior to confirmation.

Deposits are not transferable to any other booking. All deposits are non-refundable.

 

Fees

Payment may be made by cash or bank transfer. The balance must be paid at least two weeks before the arrival of your dog. You will receive an email notifying you that the balance is due. We require 14 days notification of cancellation (this does not include the day of notification or the due day of arrival).

Cancellations made within this time scale must be paid for in full.

 

Opening Hours

Our check in and check out slots are between 9am & 10.30am, or 4pm & 5.30pm

 

Health

Significant efforts will be made to contact you/your emergency contact in the event of an emergency. Failing that, we reserve the right to make decisions regarding your dog’s health. This would be strictly in the best interest of your dog and on the advice of a veterinary surgeon. We are registered with a local veterinary practice who have 24 hour emergency cover.

Vaccinations

All dogs will need to be fully vaccinated, including protection against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, leptospirosis and kennel cough*. We will require a photo/copy of the vaccination card prior to your dog’s stay. This will be uploaded to your dog’s record on our system so there is no need to bring the card every time. All dogs will also need to have had effective flea and worming treatment prior to their stay. * The kennel cough vaccination must be administered at least 2 weeks before your dogs stay (3 weeks if it’s the oral vaccination)

 

Exercise

Dogs will be given several walks a day and will also enjoy outdoor play in our secure garden. The quantity of exercise will be led by the dog and their owners.

 

Dietary Requirements

We are happy for you to supply your dog’s food from home and will be given in accordance with your instructions. Unless otherwise instructed, we like to feed the dogs twice a day, with various chews and treats given in between. We will follow your instructions on how many and which type of treats your dog is used to each day to keep to the routine they are used to at home. We can accommodate a raw food diet and have a dedicated refrigerator for raw food. Bedding, Toys & Comfort

We provide beds but you are welcome to bring your dog’s own bed, favourite blanket and toys.

Social Media

During their stay, we will take pictures of your dog/s, some of which may appear on our various social media platform pages and might also be used for our own promotional and advertising material including but not limited to, videos, business cards & flyers, pamphlets etc.

We assume consent is provided for such usage unless specified by you either before, or at the latest, upon commencement of the stay
