Common Queries
WHERE DO DOGS SLEEP AT NIGHT?
Dogs are comfortably accommodated in warm cosy surroundings, we recommend they arrive with their own bed for familiarity. Where preferred, separate sleeping quarters can be provided. Once dogs become comfortable as part of the family, if they like they are welcome to cosy up to us on the sofa or with our dogs.

HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?
We send regular updates on pets via social media, and particularly during the settling in stage we provide owners with direct regular updates. You can call at any time to check on their welfare.
MY PET HAS A SPECIAL DIET. CAN THEIR NEEDS BE ACCOMMODATED?
Dogs are fed separately and where required we can accommodate raw food diets using our fridge dedicated to dog food. We prefer owners to provide their regular food to prevent upset tummies but we can provide dog food if required.
HOW ARE DOGS INTRODUCED?
We recommend that dogs come for a minimum of half a day before visiting for holidays. Dogs are gently introduced to our gentle family dogs by taking them for a little walk upon meeting.
WHERE DO DOGS SLEEP?
Your extended family can sleep wherever they are most comfortable. Dogs can be crated at night or equally can sleep on a bed in front of the fire in our living space during the Winter.
SHOULD I BRING BOWLS AND LEADS?
Neither bowls nor leads are needed, we have plenty!
